Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations within an automotive dealership environment. This role is responsible for managing vehicle financing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales teams and financial institutions to structure and close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of vehicle financing and insurance (F&I) operations
• Present financing and insurance options to customers and guide them through the process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Structure deals and ensure successful loan approvals and closures
• Prepare and review all financial documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies
• Collaborate with sales teams to maximize deal profitability and customer satisfaction
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service throughout the transaction
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automotive finance, loan processing, and credit analysis
• Proven experience structuring and closing deals in a dealership environment
• Solid understanding of compliance and financial regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers and financial institutions
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficiency in financial systems and dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, RouteOne, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in automotive dealership finance is highly preferred
