📍 Location: Hyderabad

🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

💼 Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Onboarding Specialist with experience in US healthcare onboarding. Candidates with exposure to CSU and HWL processes are highly preferred.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Manage end-to-end onboarding for US healthcare professionals

✔️ Perform license verification through state boards (e.g., Nursys)

✔️ Collect & validate onboarding documents (BLS, ACLS, TB, vaccination records, etc.)

✔️ Follow up with candidates for pending documentation

✔️ Maintain onboarding and compliance records

✔️ Ensure compliance with Joint Commission (JCC) standards

✔️ Track license expirations and renewal timelines

🎯 Required Skills:

✔️ Strong understanding of US healthcare onboarding

✔️ Experience in license verification & credentialing

✔️ Knowledge of agency license applications & JCC compliance

✔️ Excellent communication & coordination skills

✔️ High attention to detail
