Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and repairs for heavy and industrial equipment.
• Read service orders and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot issues and determine appropriate repair procedures.
• Follow inspection checklists and examine critical components.
• Inspect protective guards, bolts, and safety devices and make necessary adjustments.
• Test-operate equipment to ensure proper performance.
• Attend technical training and stay updated on manufacturer bulletins.
• Complete assigned service and repair work according to established procedures.
• Follow all applicable safety requirements.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and service team members.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Ensure customer equipment is returned in clean condition.
• Complete labor, time, and repair order documentation accurately.
• Follow manufacturer policies, procedures, and torque specifications.
• Meet production objectives established by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Fleet or Dealership experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• CDL certification preferred
• Strong dedication to customer service and teamwork
• Self-motivated and professional
• Must possess own tools
