Position: HVAC Service Technician (Residential & Light Commercial)

Important Hiring Process Update

All candidates who advance through the interview process will be required to complete a 2–3 day paid ride-along before an official employment offer is extended. This allows both the candidate and the team to evaluate technical ability, work ethic, professionalism, and overall fit for the position.

Position 1: HVAC Service Technician (Residential & Light Commercial)

We are looking for technicians who can be placed in a service truck and run calls independently with minimal supervision.

We are not looking for:

Helpers

Apprentices

Installers trying to transition into service without diagnostic experience

Technicians who require extensive ride-along training before handling calls on their own

Qualified candidates should:

Have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on HVAC service experience

Be capable of independently diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems

Be comfortable interacting with customers and representing the company professionally

Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Be able to manage a daily service schedule and complete service calls without constant support

Position 2: Commercial HVAC Installer

Requirements:

Proven commercial HVAC installation experience

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and plans

Experience installing RTUs, split systems, make-up air units, ductwork, and related equipment

Ability to work independently or lead a crew when necessary

Preferred:

Lead installer experience

Crew leadership experience

Project coordination experience

Position 3: Air Duct Technician

Requirements:

1–2+ years of experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or a related trade

HVAC experience preferred but not required

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to perform physically demanding work

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
