Job Title: Infection Prevention (IP)
Facility: Pleasant Valley Nursing & Rehab
Location: Derry, NH
Pay Rate: $60–$62/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Full-time, 40 hours/week
