Insurance Litigation Associate

We are seeking a talented Insurance Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of insurance coverage litigation experience to join our top-tier Litigation Department in New York City. This is a full-time, in-person position designed to provide immediate hands-on experience and direct mentorship from leaders in the field.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle complex insurance coverage disputes and related litigation in state and federal courts.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings and discovery, and assist with mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on legal strategy, client communication, and case development.
• Gain exposure to sophisticated matters involving asbestos, environmental claims, and other high-stakes issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in New York.
• 3–5 years of experience focused on insurance coverage litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Commitment to teamwork, initiative, and excellence in client service.
