Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology / Neuro Radiology Technologist to provide technical support during diagnostic and interventional procedures. The technologist will work closely with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other members of the procedural team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with interventional radiology and neurovascular procedures.
- Prepare patients and procedure rooms for scheduled examinations and procedures.
- Operate fluoroscopy and other specialized imaging equipment.
- Assist with sterile preparation and maintenance of the procedural field.
- Monitor imaging quality and ensure appropriate positioning.
- Assist physicians during complex image-guided procedures.
- Follow radiation safety and patient-safety protocols.
- Monitor patients during procedures and communicate changes to the clinical team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and procedure records.
- Ensure equipment and supplies are properly prepared and available.
