About the role

This role is ideal for a professional with 10+ years of experience in land development design and permitting on complex projects across Industrial, Commercial, Retail, and Residential sectors within Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey. Professional Engineering licensure in PA or NJ (or the ability to obtain) is required.

The position involves managing internal design staff, overseeing the preparation of land development plans and reports, and ensuring high-quality project deliverables. Key responsibilities include high-level stormwater management design, grading and erosion control design, and proactive management of the permitting process while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexibility and autonomy, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, professional growth, mentorship, and continuous improvement. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and supporting their technical development.
