About the Job:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Landscape Architect / CAD Technician / Designer to join a growing design and construction team specializing in high-end residential outdoor living environments and commercial pool design. This role is responsible for creating innovative, functional, and permit-ready landscape and pool designs while collaborating closely with construction and project management teams throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with residential and commercial clients to understand project goals and translate concepts into creative, functional designs.

Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed landscape and pool designs for outdoor living spaces.

Prepare permit-ready construction documents, site plans, grading plans, and detailed drawings.

Design pools, pool houses, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, patios, hardscapes, and other site features.

Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and designers to ensure accurate execution of design intent.

Review project requirements and ensure designs comply with applicable codes and construction standards.

Manage projects from initial concept through construction documentation and permitting.

Produce high-quality CAD drawings, renderings, and presentation materials.

Stay current with landscape architecture trends, design software, construction methods, and materials.

Support project teams throughout the construction process by addressing design-related questions and revisions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related design field.

Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, landscape design, pool design, or outdoor living design.

Experience preparing permit-ready construction documents.

Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, hardscape detailing, pool layouts, and construction practices.

Experience coordinating with construction teams during project execution.

Excellent drafting, design, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Full-time, on-site position.

Office-based role with occasional site visits.
