  • Job Summary
  • The Lead Stylist is responsible for setting and executing the creative direction of textile collections. This role leads styling concepts, ensures alignment with brand identity and market trends, and collaborates with design, production, sales, and marketing teams to deliver visually compelling and commercially successful fabric lines.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • • Lead the creative styling and visual direction of seasonal and core textile collections
  • • Develop mood boards, color stories, and styling concepts in collaboration with design and merchandising teams
  • • Research market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings
  • • Supervise and guide junior stylists and freelance partners
  • • Collaborate with mills, printers, and production teams to ensure accurate color and pattern execution
  • • Review and approve lab dips, strike-offs, and fabric samples
  • • Present collections to internal teams, sales, and key customers
  • • Support sales and marketing with styling input for catalogs, lookbooks, and digital assets
  • Required Qualifications
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field
  • • 5–7 years of experience in textile or fashion styling/design, preferably in fabrics or home furnishings
  • • Strong sense of color, pattern, and trend
  • • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • • Knowledge of textile printing methods and fabric construction
  • • Experience working with mills, printers, and international suppliers
  • • Background in quilting, home décor, or apparel fabrics
