Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our healthcare team. As an LNA, you will provide essential support to nursing staff and deliver high-quality care to patients across various healthcare environments. Required Certifications & Licensure:

  • Active CNA License
  • BLS Certification
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Card

Additional Information:

  • Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 Per Hour(The pay varies based on the shift)
  • Shifts: Flexible
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Overtime: Available
  • Pay Period: Weekly Pay (Every Friday)

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
  • Monitor and record vital signs accurately, ensuring timely communication of changes to nursing staff.
  • Support medication administration under supervision, adhering strictly to protocols and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control procedures and aseptic techniques.
  • Document patient care activities thoroughly within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
  • Provide compassionate care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory impairments in memory or behavioral health settings.
  • Assist with specialized procedures including catheter care, phlebotomy, and basic life support when required.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in acute care, long-term care, assisted living, hospice, or pediatric settings to ensure comprehensive patient support.
