Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for an 8-week Long-Term Care contract in Franklin, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for LNAs looking for a consistent evening shift, competitive pay, and a substantial completion bonus.

The facility is looking for candidates who can start ASAP and reliably complete the full contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and daily living assistance to residents in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Take and document vital signs and assist with routine resident care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility care plans and safety protocols.
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Completion Bonus Requirements

The $2,000 completion bonus is available upon successful completion of the 8-week contract. The bonus will be voided if the candidate has more than 2 call-outs or any No Call/No Show (NCNS) during the contract.

Requirements

• Active LNA/CNA certification as applicable to New Hampshire requirements.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Ability to commit to the full 8-week contract.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to start ASAP.
