Job Overview

We are currently looking for a compassionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for an 8-week Long-Term Care contract in Franklin, NH. This opportunity offers a consistent evening shift, competitive hourly pay, and a $2,000 completion bonus.

Candidates should be available to start ASAP and be able to commit to completing the full contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and daily living assistance to residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor residents and report any changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Take and record vital signs as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established care plans.
• Follow all facility safety and infection-control procedures.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care to residents.

Completion Bonus Requirements

The $2,000 completion bonus is payable upon successful completion of the 8-week contract. The bonus will be forfeited if the candidate has more than 2 call-outs or any No Call/No Show (NCNS) during the contract.

Requirements

• Active LNA/CNA certification as required by New Hampshire regulations.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Commitment to completing the full 8-week contract.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to start ASAP.
