Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to their care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and follow facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and other members of the care team.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification as required
• Previous long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work the assigned day shift
