Bloomfield Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 7-week travel contract in Bloomfield, New Mexico. This is a great opportunity for an LPN looking for a rewarding healthcare assignment with a consistent night shift schedule.

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: 803 Hacienda Ln, Bloomfield, NM 87413

Contract Duration: 7 Weeks

Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Hours: 36

Blended Hourly Pay: $39.71/hour

Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $997.50 

Weekly Gross: $1,429.50/week

LPN Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions.
• Perform nursing assessments and document patient care.
• Assist with care planning and communicate changes in condition.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow facility policies, infection-control standards, and patient-safety guidelines.

LPN Qualifications:

• Active LPN/LVN license.
• Current BLS certification preferred/required per facility guidelines.
• Minimum 1 year of experience required.
• Previous experience in SNF, LTC, rehab, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
