Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Las Palomas Center for a 12-week travel assignment. This role is ideal for an LPN who enjoys delivering high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Active LPN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (LTC/SNF experience preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on weekends.
