Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Las Palomas Center

Pay Rate: $30–$33/hour

Contract: 12 Weeks

Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Las Palomas Center on a 12-week contract. This is a day-shift opportunity offering a consistent weekend schedule and 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable nursing standards.

Requirements

• Active LPN/LVN license.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work the scheduled Friday–Sunday day shift.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
