Job Description

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for contract. This is a great opportunity for new graduate LPNs as well as experienced nurses looking for a stable, supportive environment with guaranteed hours. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care, support the healthcare team, and ensure high-quality nursing services in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly Administer medications and treatments as ordered Accurately document patient care and observations Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Ensure compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards

Requirements

Active LPN license (state license or compact license accepted)

New Graduate LPNs are encouraged to apply

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
