Position Details

• Location: Utica, NY
• Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Pay: Up to $45/hour
• Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours/week
• Contract: 13 weeks
• Shifts Available:
• Evening: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• Night: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
• Contract Extension: May be available based on facility needs

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents/patients according to their care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Active New York LPN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work the selected evening or night shift
