Pay: $1,200–$1,350/Week

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the healthcare team at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate will provide safe, high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to established care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs.
• Assist with daily living activities and patient needs.
• Communicate patient changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.

Requirements

• Active LPN license.
• BLS certification preferred/required as applicable.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
