Location: Utica, NY

Pay : $38 - $45

Contract : 13weeks

Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) team in Utica, New York. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of LTC experience, strong clinical skills, and the ability to provide compassionate care to patients with a variety of complex and chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to LTC residents.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
• Assist with care planning and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Float to other units within the same building as required.

Requirements

• Active New York LPN License required.
• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required.
• Current BLS certification.
• PointClickCare/EMR experience preferred.
• Travel nursing experience documented on resume.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Updated resume showing 1+ year of LTC experience and travel experience.
• Specialty-specific skills checklist.
• Driver's license with address matching candidate demographics.
• Current BLS certification.
• Nursys license verification showing an active NY LPN license and all active licenses.
• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted with the initial application.

Local candidates are welcome. Candidates living within 75 miles will be considered at the local rate.
