Assignment & Pay Details:


  • Weekly Gross: USD 1,429.50/week
  • Blended Hourly Pay: USD 39.71/hour
  • Weekly Stipend: USD 997.50 (Non-Taxable)
  • Contract Length: 7 Weeks
  • Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
  • Hours: 36 Hours/Week
  • Facility: Bloomfield Nursing and Rehab
  • Location: 803 Hacienda Ln, Bloomfield, NM 87413

As an LPN/LVN, you’ll provide compassionate nursing care while helping ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients and residents.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor vital signs and observe patients for changes in condition.
  • Perform nursing assessments and promptly report significant changes.
  • Assist with wound care and other nursing procedures as appropriate.
  • Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with RNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team.
  • Support patient comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life.
  • Follow infection-control practices and facility policies.


Qualifications:

  • Current LPN/LVN license in New Mexico or applicable compact license.
  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
  • BLS certification required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Previous SNF, LTC, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience is a plus.
