Litigation Attorney – Walnut Creek, CA (Onsite)

Seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its team serving healthcare professionals (dentists, veterinarians, optometrists, and physicians). The role involves handling civil litigation matters from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, managing discovery, attending hearings and mediations, and advising clients on litigation strategy.

Requirements: J.D., active California Bar license, strong civil litigation experience (healthcare or employment law preferred), and excellent research, writing, and case management skills.

Compensation: $125,000 – $250,000 + benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k with 5% match).
