Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for partial remote work. As a Litigation Attorney, your primary responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal motions, conducting depositions, representing clients in court, preparing for trials, and managing litigation strategies. Collaboration and communication with clients and team members will be essential in delivering superior legal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and the practice of law
• Experience with drafting and reviewing motions and legal documents
• Knowledge of court procedures and the ability to represent clients confidently
• Skilled in handling depositions and managing trial preparations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Previous litigation experience is highly preferred
