Litigation Attorney – Delaware

Location: Delaware

Work Arrangement: Full-Time, Fully Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to handle civil litigation matters on behalf of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong defense-side litigation background and be comfortable independently managing cases from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from initial assessment through resolution
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Handle written discovery and depositions
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties
• Independently manage workload, deadlines, and caseload
• Collaborate with attorneys on complex litigation matters

Requirements

• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Active Delaware Bar admission required
• Strong civil litigation and legal writing skills
• Defense-side experience preferred
• Ability to independently manage cases
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
• Trial experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment

Billable Hours

• Approximately 1,700–1,900 billable hours annually
