Business & Commercial Litigation Attorneys to support defense-side litigation matters in state and federal courts. This role offers remote flexibility within Texas and is open to multiple experience levels.

Requirements

2+ years of DEFENSE experience in:
Commercial Litigation
Employment Litigation
General Liability Litigation
Strong experience with written discovery, depositions, and dispositive motions
Defense-side case handling in state and federal courts
JD from an accredited law school and active bar license
Trial experience and class action defense are plus, not required
