Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Job Type: Onsite, Full-Time


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy commercial litigation practice handling large, complex matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. This individual will play a critical role in managing litigation matters from pre-suit through trial while working closely with attorneys, clients, experts, and opposing counsel.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation and discovery.

Prepare and manage discovery requests, responses, and document productions.

Utilize eDiscovery platforms to organize, review, and produce documents for complex litigation matters.

Maintain case calendars, monitor court deadlines, and track docket activity.

Coordinate with testifying and consulting experts, including scheduling, document exchange, and case logistics.

Support trial preparation activities, including exhibit management, witness coordination, and courtroom assistance.

Communicate professionally with clients, co-counsel, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third-party vendors.

Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.

Assist with legal research, document drafting, and case management tasks as needed.

Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.


Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience.

Strong experience supporting complex commercial litigation matters preferred.

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Thorough knowledge of local, state, and federal court filing procedures and rules.

Hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, DISCO, or similar systems.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.

Experience using document management systems; familiarity with iManage is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to client service.


Preferred Skills:

Commercial litigation experience.

Trial preparation and courtroom support experience.

Expert witness coordination experience.

Advanced document management and eDiscovery capabilities.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
