About the Job:

Seeking an experienced Litigation Services Supervising Attorney to oversee litigation support operations, provide strategic legal research and procedural guidance, and manage a team of litigation services professionals. This leadership role combines advanced litigation knowledge, court procedure expertise, team supervision, and operational oversight to support complex litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions.


Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Litigation Services team and provide leadership, training, mentoring, and performance management.

Conduct advanced legal research and analysis using leading legal research platforms and databases.

Provide strategic guidance regarding litigation procedures, court rules, filing requirements, and procedural issues across multiple jurisdictions.

Maintain current knowledge of legal developments, procedural updates, and litigation trends.

Develop and manage judicial intelligence resources, including case precedents, motion analytics, judicial profiles, and litigation strategy insights.

Review court transcripts and legal materials to identify relevant themes and trends affecting ongoing litigation matters.

Prepare procedural roadmaps for significant court filings and litigation events, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and deadlines.

Advise attorneys and litigation teams on filing requirements, confidentiality concerns, procedural risks, and best practices.

Oversee court and agency filings in both electronic and paper formats while ensuring adherence to jurisdiction-specific requirements.

Monitor and manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, and critical case milestones.

Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support professionals to ensure efficient case management and workflow coordination.

Protect and maintain confidential, privileged, proprietary, and sensitive information.


Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.

Minimum of 5 years of litigation services, litigation practice, court operations, or closely related experience.

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of court rules, litigation procedures, legal research methodologies, and case management practices.

Experience supporting complex litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions.
