Job Title: LPN / LVN – Long Term Care
Location: Ridgewood Center, New Hampshire (NH)
Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Contract Duration: 9 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at a well-established long-term care facility in New Hampshire. This is a great opportunity for nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient conditions, reporting any changes
- Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and comfort
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of New Hampshire (or compact license)
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- BLS certification (if required by facility)
