LPN-Quick Offer

This is gracy from staffing form we are looking LPN positions at NC

Pay rate : $30 to $35/hr.

Shift : 7:30pm to 7:00am

Days : Fri sat and Sun

Contract : 13 weeks

City : Siler City

LPN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Patient Care

• Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.)
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding)
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Change wound dressings and assist with other basic medical procedures
• Observe patients’ physical and emotional condition and report changes to RNs or doctors

2. Clinical Tasks

• Collect samples for lab tests (urine, blood, etc.)
• Insert and care for catheters
• Perform CPR or first aid in emergencies
• Prepare patients for tests or procedures
• Provide pre- and post-operative care

3. Communication and Documentation

• Maintain accurate patient records
• Communicate patient needs and updates to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and families about basic health care practices and medications

4. Support Role

• Supervise nursing assistants or aides
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the patient care environment
• Assist doctors and RNs during procedures
