Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Onsite-Fulltime)

Skills Required:

• General Electrical: Basic understanding of electrical systems and their operation.
• Diagnosing Mechanical Equipment Failures: Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems in machinery.
• Machine Guarding: Repairing and replacing machine guards to ensure equipment safety.
• Preventative Maintenance (PMs): Performing routine maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Machinery Removal and Installation: Handling the removal and installation of machinery as required.
• Pneumatics: Knowledge of pneumatic systems and their maintenance.
• Hydraulics: Troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic systems.
• Advanced Electrical: Expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex electrical issues.
• Machinist Skills: Operating machine tools for repair or part fabrication.
• PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers): Diagnosing, programming, and troubleshooting automated systems.
• Welding: Skilled in welding techniques for equipment repair or modification.
• Engineering Changes: Assisting with updates and modifications to machinery.
• Advanced Diagnostics & Corrective Actions: Diagnosing complex issues and implementing solutions for all types of machinery.
