Position Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on System Repair Technician to support maintenance operations in a heavy manufacturing/foundry environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

Diagnose equipment issues and minimize downtime

Support plant operations by ensuring all systems run efficiently

Read and interpret basic schematics, manuals, and technical documents

Follow all safety standards and maintenance procedures

Work closely with production teams to resolve equipment issues

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or system repair

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting

Experience in manufacturing, plant, or heavy industrial environments

Ability to work 2nd shift

Hands-on experience with tools, equipment repair, and maintenance practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or PLCs

Welding or fabrication experience

Background in foundry or heavy manufacturing environments
