Position: Manager – Tax

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage tax engagements and client relationships

• Review tax returns and workpapers and provide guidance to staff

• Supervise, mentor, and develop tax team members

• Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and deliverables

• Communicate important updates, recommendations, and findings to leadership and clients

• Assist with recruiting, staff evaluations, and professional development initiatives

Requirements:

• CPA required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• Minimum 6+ years of tax experience in public accounting

• Strong client communication and leadership skills

• Experience managing teams and tax engagements

• Knowledge of accounting and attestation services is a plus
