Position Highlights:

• Location: Michigan – Fully Remote
• Compensation: $300K-$700K+ profit sharing
• Experience: 7–10+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience
• Bar Admission: Active Michigan Bar required

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Michigan market, owning state P&L and overall performance.
• Oversee personal injury cases from intake through trial and resolution.
• Drive litigation strategy, settlements, and trial outcomes.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead attorneys and legal support teams.
• Manage operational performance, KPIs, and compliance.
