About the Role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering agent marketing and listing support while also supporting broader corporate marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team environment and is committed to providing excellent customer service to sales professionals.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and improve processes and procedures that effectively deliver marketing initiatives and will report to the Senior Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional marketing support and service to agents and Sales Managers.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day agent and listing marketing support.
  • Support listing marketing strategies from solicitation through closing, including coordinating materials, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and support the execution of marketing plans and campaigns in partnership with agents and Sales Managers.
  • Coordinate social media, email, print, digital, direct mail, and other marketing materials and initiatives.
  • Coordinate creative requests and briefs with in-house designers and other creative resources.
  • Ensure all marketing materials meet brand standards and quality expectations.
  • Conduct quality assurance of marketing materials, listings, and syndication.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing vendors and external partners as needed.
  • Support the development and execution of campaigns, events, and other market initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and status updates to ensure work stays on track.
  • Help track and manage agent marketing budgets and related expenses.
  • Provide training and guidance to agents on available marketing tools, platforms, templates, and resources.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new marketing programs, templates, processes, and toolkits.
  • Assist with content development and copywriting for agent and market-facing marketing materials.
  • Maintain organized marketing resources, templates, and collateral libraries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, service, and the overall agent marketing experience.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and quick turnaround times.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience; real estate or experience supporting sales professionals preferred.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital, social media, email, print, direct mail, and other marketing channels.
  • Comfortable working with marketing technology, CRM, email, and social media platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and client-service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
