Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with 5+ years of mechanical industry experience to manage projects from estimation through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract administration and change management
• Pre-construction and estimate reviews
• Material and equipment purchasing
• Project scheduling, coordination, and execution
• Customer and stakeholder relationship management
• Budget tracking and project closeout
• Strong computer proficiency and reporting skills

Requirements:

• 5+ years of mechanical project experience (construction / HVAC / industrial preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
