Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Menswear Designer to join our outdoor apparel team. This is a hands-on role for a creative and detail-oriented designer who can manage the design process from concept through development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative menswear designs for the outdoor apparel line.

- Create sketches, CADs, and technical design concepts.

- Source fabrics, trims, and other materials.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout product development.

- Ensure designs align with brand standards, market trends, and customer needs.

- Utilize design software and computer applications efficiently.

- Take ownership of projects and contribute in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Minimum **5 years of menswear design experience**, preferably in outdoor, sportswear, or performance apparel.

- Strong sketching, CAD, and technical design skills.

- Experience with material and trim sourcing.

- Proficiency with design software and computer applications.

- Self-motivated, hands-on, and willing to take initiative.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
