Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our expanding practice in an outpatient and inpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a background in cardiology and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients in the outpatient setting including follow-ups and new consult.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' cardiovascular health.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of cardiologists.
• Supervise diagnostic procedures such as stress tests.
• Provide patient education on cardiovascular disease prevention, management, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Current NP or PA license in the state of California.
• Preferred experience: cardiology, 1 year minimum.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• ACLS required.
