Position Overview

We are seeking board-certified pulmonologists to join a growing outpatient practice. Physicians will focus primarily on outpatient pulmonary medicine, supported by advanced practice providers and clinical staff. Up to three physicians will be hired to expand access to high-quality lung care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pulmonary care, inpatient consults, and perform procedures.
• Conduct an average of 20 patient visits per day, with additional compensation for extra visits.
• Supervise advanced practice providers and support staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with local primary care providers.
• Contribute to care models that integrate innovative approaches and technology.

Qualifications

• Active state license in Georgia, Arizona, or South Carolina, or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
• Board-certified pulmonologist with pulmonary credentials.
• 2+ years of experience in the field.
• Strong enthusiasm for integrating technology into care delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for patient care and diagnosis.
• Willingness to supervise at least two mid-level healthcare providers.
• No critical care work; physicians seeking critical care will not be considered.

Compensation Details:

• Base Salary: $325,000 W2 guaranteed
• $35/visit beyond monthly average of 20 visits/day
• 5% share of personally ordered ancillary services
• 5% share collections from supervised mid-levels
