Job Role : Patent Prosecution Paralegal

We’re seeking an experienced Patent Prosecution Paralegal (3–5 years) to support IP counsel at an established Intellectual Property law firm in Dallas, TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with U.S. patent application filings and prosecution.
• Manage patent portfolios and track critical deadlines.
• Review legal documents and conduct research.
• Assist with drafting responses to patent office actions.
• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of paralegal experience in a law firm.
• IP experience preferred but NOT required – comprehensive training provided!
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe.Intellectual Property
