We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join the Acute Care team at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital. Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs accurately.
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques.
• Observe patients and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation according to facility policies.
• Ensure patient comfort while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Support RNs and the interdisciplinary care team in delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred.
• Previous Acute Care, Hospital, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Flexible availability for per diem scheduling.
