Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to behavioral health patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by providers.
• Monitor patient conditions and accurately document assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and nursing best practices.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.

Qualifications

For LPN/LVN

• Active Virginia LPN/LVN license
• Current BLS certification
• Previous behavioral health, psychiatric, residential treatment, or acute care experience preferred

For Registered Nurse (RN)

• Active Virginia RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
