We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Intake Specialist to support the intake and case evaluation process. This role is responsible for gathering, organizing, and documenting case information while ensuring efficient coordination with the legal team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in personal injury intake, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of information accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake and information-gathering processes
• Collect and document relevant details related to personal injury matters
• Review and organize case information for internal evaluation
• Maintain accurate records in case management systems
• Perform follow-ups to obtain missing or additional information
• Coordinate with attorneys and internal staff for case progression
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all records
• Support overall intake operations and workflow efficiency

Qualifications

• Prior experience in personal injury intake is required
• Attorney license preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
