Key Responsibilities:

Manage personal injury litigation cases from inception through resolution.

Draft and file lawsuits, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Respond to and propound written discovery.

Take and defend depositions.

Conduct legal research and case analysis.

Develop litigation strategies and provide case evaluations.

Negotiate settlements when appropriate.

Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings as needed.

Handle minor settlement approvals and related court filings when applicable.

Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates.

Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure successful case outcomes.

Qualifications:

Required

Active Arizona Bar License.

Experience handling personal injury litigation matters.

Knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules.

Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.

Ability to independently manage a caseload.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

Trial experience.

Experience with minor settlement approvals and related proceedings.

Demonstrated ability to handle cases through trial.

Strong negotiation and case management skills.
