About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join a growing legal team focused on advocating for individuals who have suffered injuries due to negligence or wrongful conduct. This role involves managing personal injury cases from inception through resolution, including litigation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills while maintaining a client-centered approach.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters.

Conduct thorough investigations by gathering evidence, reviewing records, interviewing witnesses, and consulting with experts.

Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and legal correspondence.

Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial when necessary.

Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, pretrial proceedings, and trials.

Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.

Appear in courts as required and effectively advocate on behalf of clients.

Supervise and collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other litigation support staff.

Maintain organized case management workflows and provide regular client updates.

Ensure compliance with legal deadlines, procedural requirements, and ethical standards.


Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in the State of Texas.

Experience handling personal injury litigation matters.

Strong legal research skills, including proficiency with legal research platforms.

Excellent legal writing, drafting, negotiation, and advocacy abilities.

Experience with courtroom appearances, depositions, mediation, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
