Pay Rate: $60/hour
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 40 hours/week
Need: Critical Need

The facility is officially classified as a Nursing Home, with rehabilitation services, so this is an SNF-based PT position rather than an outpatient clinic position.
