Plumbing Manager

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong residential plumbing experience who enjoys solving real-world challenges, leading teams, and driving business growth. You will oversee field operations, support sales performance through KPIs and training, manage labor and material costs to meet gross margin targets, and ensure high customer satisfaction standards.

Key responsibilities include conducting team huddles and safety meetings, formalizing coaching and training programs, setting measurable goals for field staff, and fostering a strong, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications include:

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience

• 3+ years of management experience

• Experience managing teams of 15+

• Experience overseeing $10M+ budgets

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Commitment to integrity-based, solution-focused selling
