Job Title: Plumbing Manager

Location: Livermore, CA

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Plumbing Manager to lead field teams, drive performance, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop plumbing teams
Monitor KPIs, productivity, and performance metrics
Oversee labor and material costs to meet margin targets
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Conduct team meetings and safety trainings
Support business growth through team development

Requirements:

3+ years of residential plumbing experience
3+ years of management experience
Experience managing teams of 15+
Experience managing large operational budgets
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Candidates with hands-on residential plumbing experience and strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.
