As a Procurement Manager, you will bring velocity, efficiency, and security to our tech acquisition ecosystem. You will sit at the intersection of engineering, finance, and operations—unlocking capital value by optimizing complex SaaS licenses, cloud infrastructures, and high-value vendor relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing, IT asset management, or technology procurement.
- Core Competency: Experience negotiating enterprise technology contracts, software licensing agreements (EULAs), and master service agreements (MSAs).
- Workspace Flexibility: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with the flexibility to travel to the corporate office once per month.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience optimizing scalable cloud licensing frameworks across major providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of managing technical vendor networks and implementing Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) models.
- Strong data-driven financial acumen with experience running spend analyses and building risk profiles to prevent technical resource overruns.
- Specialized professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or IT Asset Management designations (CSAM/CHAMP).
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end strategic sourcing across all technical spend channels, including software platforms, cloud instances, and corporate IT hardware.
- Lead commercial negotiations with enterprise technology vendors to secure optimal pricing, favorable service level agreements (SLAs), and long-term contract protections.
- Partner with InfoSec and Legal teams to ensure all vendor partnerships strictly comply with corporate security metrics and data privacy standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001).
- Audit and optimize digital assets, managing proactive renewals, true-ups, and cost-containment initiatives to eliminate overlapping software expenses.
- Standardize operational procurement workflows within internal transaction log frameworks to support the company’s rapid scaling.
