Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Technology, Integrations & AI Experience to lead the development of innovative technology products and platform capabilities. This role is ideal for a highly technical Product Manager with experience building SaaS products, managing APIs and system integrations, and leveraging Generative AI to enhance product development and automation.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product strategy, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive execution from concept to launch. Experience within FinTech, WealthTech, capital markets, or other data-intensive financial platforms is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for technology and platform products.

Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications and user stories.

Partner with Engineering, Design, QA, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Lead API-driven product development, platform integrations, and workflow automation initiatives.

Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure timely product delivery.

Utilize Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to improve product development, rapid prototyping, and operational efficiency.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize enhancements.

Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and analytics to drive continuous improvements.

Ensure product solutions align with security, compliance, scalability, and business objectives.

Stay current on emerging technologies, AI trends, cloud platforms, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Product Management experience delivering technical products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software.

Strong experience with REST APIs, system integrations, platform products, and workflow automation.

Solid understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar for product development, automation, or prototyping.

Experience working closely with Engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical product specifications and successfully drive execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in FinTech, WealthTech, Algorithmic Trading, Capital Markets, or other financial technology platforms.

Strong understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, SQL, Python, cloud technologies, modern data pipelines, and system integrations.

Working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Generative AI technologies.

Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance, cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Data Science, or a related analytical field.

Experience with product analytics, workflow automation, customer experience platforms, and AI-powered solutions is a plus.
